Burnett & Williams is pleased to announce that Orange, Virginia, attorney Jonathan Slater is rejoining our firm and will help us expand our services to clients in Central Virginia and the Piedmont region. In addition to his past work as a personal injury attorney, Slater has gained years of experience as a public prosecutor in the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office for Culpeper County. His work there focused heavily on prosecuting violent offenses with injured victims, and especially violent crimes against women, work that has sensitized him to the long-term impact that injuries have on individuals, their families, and their loved ones.
Jonathan previously worked with Burnett & Williams from 2010 to 2013 before relocating to Central Virginia. His dedication to his clients is evident in every step of the case process, and he consistently focuses on both the legal and personal issues at stake. Jon believes that a healthy attorney-client relationship is always the foundation for exceptional results.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons on their small farm in Madison County. He is a classically-trained musician, home chef, and avid outdoorsman.
The entire Burnett & Williams team welcomes the opportunity to have Jonathan Slater’s expertise and caring approach available to our clients again. We look forward to many years of growing our service offerings in Orange County, Spotsylvania, Albemarle, Madison, Greene, Culpeper, and other counties in the central part of the state. Welcome, Jon!
