It just got a little bit easier to do your DMV business.
If coronavirus closures have made it difficult for you to register your car or schedule a road test, we have some good news for you: three more DMV service centers — East Henrico, Jonesville, and Wytheville — are opening on Monday, July 20th, and are scheduling appointments for some services. This comes one week after three other offices reopened, including one in Tappahannock. The DMV has instituted a 3-month extension for renewals of licenses and registrations that have expired during the COVID-19 pandemic, so you may be able to delay your service-center visit, but if you have RMV business that needs to be attended to these re-openings will hopefully make that a little bit easier.
