If you missed Grand Illumination last weekend in Richmond, don’t worry, you can still see the James River Advisory Council’s 23rd Annual “Parade of Lights,” this Saturday, Dec. 12. This is one of our favorite holiday events in Richmond and the Tri-Cities area. There are five viewing sites: Libby Hill and Rocketts Landing area in the city of Richmond, Osborne Park and Boat Landing in Henrico County, and Henricus Historical Park and Dutch Gap Boat Landing in Chesterfield County. The parade will begin at Libby Hill at 6 p.m. and end at Henricus Historical Park at approximately 8:30 p.m.
