Being Grateful This Thanksgiving

Take Time to Be Thankful This Thanksgiving, and Enjoy This Tasty Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Take a moment and think of what you are truly grateful for this Thanksgiving.  Counting your blessings can help bring more enjoyment to what can be a hectic day. On a day that is often filled with travel, cooking, and dish-washing, there is one thing we can all be grateful for: easy-to-make recipes that add a lot to our Thanksgiving meal! This homemade cranberry sauce recipe does just that, and it’s a real crowd pleaser. 

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

Cinnamon Sticks, Cranberries, Cranberry Sauce, Star Anise, Orange Half and Orange Zest

Ingredients:

16 oz fresh or frozen cranberries
1 orange, zested and juiced
½ cup sugar
½ TSP cinnamon

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat until the cranberries burst and sauce begins to thicken (about 15-20 minutes). Serve at room temperature and refrigerate any leftovers.
