In every personal injury case handled by Burnett & Williams, we work to advance our client’s position as far as possible within the guidelines of Virginia law. Usually this means working persistently with insurance adjusters to get them to see the case through the eyes of our client, with all of the impact that the client feels.

Often, the most satisfying part of that process is getting to know our clients and their families. It is not unusual for families to refer friends and loved ones to us for additional help down the road.
